WeCare
WeCare is a partnership providing a range of services for all types of buildings from the most straightforward to the most complex in all aspects of property management. WeCare took its origin from Liebrecht & wooD and has been an independent entity since January, 2001. Formerly, the WeCare team consituted one of the departments of Liebrecht & wooD.
The scope of the company’s activity lies in the area of management of office, industrial and commercial buildings. Our experience includes 15 properties with 55 tenants altogether and constitutes a total of approximately 120.000 m2 of managed real estate. Key personnel of WeCare is licensed under Polish law in the profession of property manager. We have headqaurters in Warsaw. We have also been present in Romania since 2002.
WeCare aims at creating work environment for its clients, international companies, in the best possible conditions, so that they can focus on their key activity.
