Centrum Praskie Koneser is a mixed-use development which brings 25,500 sqm of A-class offices in both post-industrial and newly developed buildings. Nearly a year before opening, Koneser’s office space is 75% leased. The biggest new tenants are Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS – parts of Kantar, one of the world’s leading data, insight and consultancy companies – taking 4,900 sqm of office space in the new building O. Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS are the next representatives of the global holding WPP (after Grupa Ogilvy) which have chosen Koneser. They will move to the development in May 2018.

“Koneser has already proved to be a perfect destination for international and local market leaders. We guarantee the best-in-class offices and additional benefits of an innovative mixed-use project – a very rich retail, food and cultural offer. The leasing process in Koneser is progressing rapidly and successfully. 75% of office space already leased makes the project exceptional on the Warsaw’s office market” – said Mariusz Kozłowski, President of the Management Board of Liebrecht & wooD Poland.

“Koneser is a unique investment from each point of view – history, scale and quality of revitalization and many functions it will include. Without no doubt, Koneser will strongly contribute to building the positive business image of Warsaw and Praga District in Poland and abroad. We are happy to welcome more and more companies here” – said Michał Skotnicki, President of the Management Board of BBI Development S.A.

“The perfect location and uniqueness of office space in Koneser are very important for us. As part of the leading communication holding WPP, we would like to be in the venue which offers the highest quality and prestige. We are absolutely sure that our employees feel excellent in the development – both during working hours and in their free time, spending time in e.g. shops and restaurants” – commented Krzysztof Kruszewski, CEO of Kantar Insights Poland.

The lease agreement has been advised by JLL.

“Kantar has looked for a very well located office which would be consistent with the companies’ operating profile and become an asset in building an attractive employer’s image. Praga’s Koneser – with the unique architecture, a developed range of functions, availability of restaurants and cafés as well as many events organized there – met all our client requirements” – informed Ida Stankiewicz, Associate Director, JLL.

The list of office tenants also includes i.e. Atende S.A., Clico, Campus Warsaw – the Google initiative for start-ups – Dago Centrum, Energy Solution, Ogilvy Group and RK Legal.

Centrum Praskie Koneser is a lifestyle urban centre in the historical quarter, introducing new modern functions to the former Warsaw Vodka Distillery. It is located on the right bank district of the city, but only 2 tram or metro stops away from Warsaw’s historical centre. Koneser will include the first Moxy hotel in Poland (a Marriott International brand) and the world’s first Polish Vodka Museum. The exceptional combination of various residential and commercial functions with the Koneser’s original architecture will give every tenant, visitor and resident unforgettable experience. Office employees will be able to benefit from Zdrofit fitness club, Damian Medical Centre, Hop-Chop Barber Shop, Electrolux laundry service, Świat Książki bookstore, as well as the Grupa Warszawa project, Bombaj Masala, Hana Sushi and Etno Café restaurants will be available for them.
