Four new lease agreements have been signed for a total area of over 3,400 square meters in Centrum Praskie Koneser, investment developed in Warsaw’s Praga district by Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. Thus, the level of commercialization of the office part of the project exceeded 86%.

„The high level of office space commercialization at this stage of the project confirms the commercial success of our investment. Koneser is chosen by major international companies that want to stand out with original office space in a multifunctional project that offers numerous amenities, such as: shops, service points, dining facilities and bustling public spaces” – comments Katarzyna Gontarska, Sales Department Director w Liebrecht & wooD Poland. „Only 3,600 sqm. of office space is still available in Konseser” – adds Katarzyna Gontarska.

Koneser offices are being developed both in carefully revitalized, post-industrial buildings and new structures. The project is a popular choice among innovative companies – e.g. representing the advertising and creative industries (Ogilvy Group, Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS - companies from the global holding WPP), new technologies sector (Atende S.A., Clico), legal offices (RK Legal), modern industry (Energy Solutions) and serviced offices (Dago Centrum). Campus Warsaw, a Google initiative dedicated to start-ups, has been operating in Koneser since 2015.

One of the new tenants is the Polish representation of the international shipping company Waberer's Poland Sp. z o.o., which leased 293 sqm. of office space in the new building P. The consultant in this negotiation process was CBRE.

Centrum Praskie Koneser is a lifestyle urban centre in the historical quarter, introducing new modern functions to the former Warsaw Vodka Distillery. It is located on the right bank district of the city, but only 2 tram or metro stops away from Warsaw’s historical centre. Koneser will include the first Moxy hotel in Poland (a Marriott International brand) and the world’s first Polish Vodka Museum.

The exceptional combination of various residential and commercial functions with the Koneser’s original architecture will give every tenant, visitor and resident unforgettable experience. Office employees will be able to benefit from Zdrofit fitness club, Damian Medical Centre, Hop-Chop Barber Shop, Electrolux laundry service, Świat Książki bookstore, as well as the Grupa Warszawa project, Bombaj Masala, Hana Sushi and Etno Café restaurants will be available for them.
