The Liebrecht & wooD Group will start very soon the construction of the second stage of the commercial part of the multi-purpose Centrum Praskie Koneser - buildings M and N (Monopoly). This autumn the company also received the second award for Koneser in the category of the best office project put into service in Poland in 2018.

During the final gala of the prestigious Eurobuild Awards, which took place on December 5 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Warsaw, the Centrum Praskie Koneser received the award "New office of the year, Poland (2018)". A month earlier, the commercial part of the flagship construction investment of the Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. was acclaimed as the best office project this year at CIJ Awards Poland 2018. The Jury of both competitions took into account, among others, investment image, level of commercialization, implementation in line with sustainable construction standards and the scale of revitalization.

"A revolutionary change has taken place in front of our eyes. For the first time in history, the office sector in Warsaw's Praga wins the most important competitions in the real estate sector. A decade ago, the right side of the Vistula didn’t actually exist in the consciousness of the office tenants, and today it is one of the most popular development directions for companies. The popularity of Praga is confirmed by the fact that in the Eurobuild Awards the Centrum Praskie Koneser  won from among 16 nominated, excellent projects, representing the leading locations for years, including Downtown, Wola or Mokotów. We are happy that we are the leader of changes and respond to market needs. That's why we can proudly announce the launch of the second stage of the commercial part of Koneser" - said Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba, General Director of Liebrecht & wooD.

Putting buildings M and N into service, as part of the Centrum Praskie Koneser, is being planned for 2020. The facilities located between the Polish Vodka Museum, Campus Warsaw and the picturesque Nieporęcka Street will offer a total of 17,500 sq m. of the rent area - 5 floors of top-quality offices and a perfectly visible retail space on the ground floor. The second phase of Koneser will perfectly complement the existing commercial part of the project, covering 25500 sq m. of the office space, that was leased in 98% before the object was put into service. Koneser's office tenants include such companies as Atende, Campus Warsaw and Google Space, Clico, Energy Solutions, LINK, RK Legal and Waberer's Poland. A major tenant is the WPP Group, the world leader in marketing communication (Ogilvy Group and Kantar Poland).

Koneser's tenants appreciate the multi-functionality and town-creation of the only such facility in the capital. There are vibrant with life public spaces, where employees can rest and spend time together, the shopping mall filled in with necessary services or a dozen restaurants, bars and cafes, accounting for 30% of the total area of the complex. The unique Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge, connecting the Old Town with Praga, will join in 2020 to amenities that make it easy and quick to reach Koneser.

Centrum Praskie Koneser is a revitalization project and give new functions to the buildings that are part of the former Warsaw Vodka Factory, located in the heart of Old Praga. Koneser is also an integrating space that will be changing and responding to the needs and initiatives of users. The world's first Museum of Polish Vodka, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping outlets, event spaces already operate in Koneser, and in the first quarter of 2019, the first Moxy hotel in Warsaw (the Marriott International brand) will be opened here. Koneser received BREEAM Interim 2013 New Construction certificates at the "Excellent" level.
