Liebrecht & wooD, the Flemish project developer operating principally in Central Europe, has signed 3 new lease agreements for office space by letting area of 7,700 m2 in Warsaw’s Flanders Business Park. With the new leases, Liebrecht & wooD once again confirms its success in Poland. Flanders Business Park is located in Warsaw, at the corner of Łopuszańska and Flisa streets, within 6 minutes drive from the international airport and only 6 km from city centre. Thanks to its convenient location, the complex is well served by means of public transport.Flanders Business Park consists of two buildings, with total area of over 14,000 sq m. Building B was completed in year 2000 and Building A will be available for tenant occupation in 2Q 2009. Buildings are delivered in open floor plans offering the ideal accommodation for the modern company's requirements.
